Why talk about body posture? Because body posture is probably one of the most underestimated factor in achieving a healthy and pain free body in us ! Good body posture keeps your body in alignment, this prevent your muscles from shortening and weakening over the course of time. Still remember when your mom told you to “stand up straight !” or “don’t slouch !” when you were seating? Its’ for your own good :)

Last but not least, good body posture also helps with projecting an image of confidence and attractiveness. Just go out and take a look at the people who are walking around slouched, what does it tell you? You don’t want others to think the same of you do you? Or what about the lady or the guy that you had a crush on saw you walking around like a rounded hamster?  I guess your success rate just dropped by 50%!
